FREE delivery is included to mainland UK and Ireland. For all other areas, please ask for a quote.
Orders received before 13:00 Monday to Friday will be despatched on the same day. For orders over £50 they will be sent by DPD and be despatched on a next working day service, with the exception of Ireland where it may take two days. Please ensure you supply an email address and a mobile number as you will be given a one hour delivery slot. A signature is required upon delivery, so please consider this when stating your delivery address.
Once your order has left our warehouse it is in the capable hands of DPD. Should you have any problems with your delivery, please contact us.
For orders under £50 they will be sent by Royal Mail first class post.
Saturday or weekday morning deliveries can be arranged, but there will be a surcharge. Please contact us to request a price for either of these delivery services.
If you need a parcel sending outside of the UK, please contact us for a quote.
If you find that the clippers are unsuitable or not exactly what you were looking for, you are welcome to send them back for a full refund. This must be done within 14 days of purchase.
Your clippers must be returned unused and in the original packaging along with the purchase receipt. You will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the clippers and they should be well packaged and clearly labelled.
We offer a convenient susbsidised returns service at a cost of £4.99 which is better value for money compared with paying for returns postage by Parcel Force at the Post Office.
This service is provided by DPD who offer a fast and trackable service. If you would like us to facilitate the return of your clippers, please give us a call on 0116 279 6900. Your payment will be processed over the phone and we will organise the details for the return and email you the necessary paperwork.

If you choose another method of return postage, it is recommend that you obtain a certificate of postage, along with adequate insurance as this will enable you to make a claim should your parcel get lost or damaged whilst in transit.
