If you find that the clippers are unsuitable or not exactly what you were looking for, you are welcome to send them back for a full refund. This must be done within 14 days of purchase. Your clippers must be returned unused and in the original packaging along with the purchase receipt. You will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the clippers and they should be well packed and clearly labelled. We recommend that you obtain a certificate of postage, along with adequate insurance if making a return. This will enable you to make a claim should your parcel get lost or damaged whilst in transit.
NOTE: due to hygiene reasons refunds cannot be given for blades that have been used.

If there is a fault with your clippers, please call Masterclip on 0116 279 6900. We will arrange to collect the item and evaluate the problem when it is back in our workshop. After inspection the clipper will be repaired or replaced at our discretion and sent back out.
