Servicing and Repairing Your Clipper

We carry out full service and repairs on any Masterclip clipper and our turnaround time is normally within 48 hours of receiving your clipper.

Please note that a service includes a strip down of your clippers with full inspection and PAT testing for electrical safety.

Any replacement parts that are needed are charged at cost and you will be emailed a quote to confirm before any repair work is carried out.

It is advisable to use a trackable courier to ensure safe delivery of your clippers and ensure that you have adequate insurance which will enable you to make a claim should your parcel get lost or damaged whilst in transit.

* Your clippers must be sent in to our workshop in a reasonably clean condition.  If they are deemed unfit to work on, a cleaning surcharge of £9.99 will be applied.

Please ensure that you remove any clipper oil from the box to prevent any leakage during transit.

Blade Sharpening

Please send your blunt blades to Shear Ease Ltd for sharpening.

Once your clippers have been through our workshop, we can offer you our discounted rate with DPD for a fast and trackable return of your clippers for £8.99.
