This PROFESSIONAL blade has been precision engineered from the very best Japanese carbon steel. It's HRC * rating of 62 means that this ice tempered blade will stay sharper for longer and will be more hard wearing than most other brands of dog clipper blade.

The #4F dog clipper blade has a cutting depth of 9.6mm and is a popular choice with the professional dog groomers wanting to leave a smooth show cut finish.

If using the #4 skip tooth blade first to rough cut or thin down the coat, then this #4F is a great blade to swap to for that show quality finish.

Before clipping, ensure your dog is thoroughly washed and dried. Brush out all tangles and mats to allow the clippers to glide effortlessly through the coat. Always hold the blade flat against the coat, following the natural contour of the dog and avoid holding the clippers at an angle whilst clipping.
