Servicing and Repairing Your Clipper

We carry out full service and repairs on any Masterclip clipper and our turnaround time is normally within 48 hours of receiving your clipper.

Clipper Service Charges:

Heavy Duty - £39.99
Medium Duty - £29.99
Return Postage - £6.99
Cleaning Surcharge* - £6.99

* Your clippers must be sent in to our workshop in a reasonably clean condition. If they are deemed unfit to work on, a cleaning surcharge will be applied.

The HD Roamer, Ranger, Hunter, V-series, Ewe 2000, Ram 3000 and Samson are considered Heavy Duty. The MD Roamer, Pedigree Pro and Showmate are considered Medium Duty.

This price excludes any replacement parts that are needed.

If you need to send your clipper in for repair, please complete the Service and Repair form and send in with your clippers. Failure to send in the form may result in a delay with your service and repair.

Payment: We shall make contact to take payment once the work has been completed. We can take card details over the phone or else issue a Paypal invoice. Please make a note on the Service and Repair form if you wish for a quote before proceeding. 

Please ensure that you remove any clipper oil from the box to prevent any leakage during transit.

We offer a convenient subsidised returns courier service at a cost of £6.99. If you would like to take advantage of this discounted rate, simply add the DPD return to shop to your basket and proceed to checkout. When this transaction is complete, a returns label will be emailed to you (this may be the next working day if purchased out of office hours), which can then be used at a local DPD drop off zone. Click here to see where your nearest drop off point is located.

Blade Sharpening

PLEASE NOTE: We do not sharpen blades, so if your blades are blunt please contact Shear Ease Ltd

If you would prefer to use another method of courier to return your clippers, you must obtain a certificate of postage, along with adequate insurance which will enable you to make a claim should your parcel get lost or damaged whilst in transit.

NOTE: Due to hygiene reasons, refunds cannot be given for blades that have been used.

Faulty Goods

If you receive an item that is faulty, please contact our customer services team so we can arrange to despatch a replacement item and email returns postage for you to return the faulty goods.

NOTE: If an item is returned back and not considered to be faulty, or it is has not been used in accordance with the manufacturers guidelines, then you will be liable for the return courier charges.
