DELIVERY & RETURNS
Deliveries Inside the UK
FREE delivery is included to mainland UK. For all other areas, please ask for a quote.
Orders received before 13:00 Monday to Friday will be despatched on the same day. For orders over £100 they will be sent by DPD and be despatched on a next working day service. However, this does not apply to Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands. Please ensure you supply an email address and a mobile number as you will be given a one hour delivery slot. A signature is required upon delivery, so please consider this when stating your delivery address. Once your order has left our warehouse it is then in the capable hands of DPD. Should you have any problems with your delivery, please contact us direct on 0116 279 6900.
For orders under £100 they will be sent by Royal Mail first class post.
For Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands, Next Day Delivery cannot be achieved, so please allow a few days for these areas.
Special Deliveries: Saturday or weekday morning deliveries can be arranged, but there will be a surcharge. Please contact us to request a price for either of these delivery services.
Deliveries Outside of the UK
If you need a product to be sent outside of the UK, please contact our customer services team for a quote.
If you find that the clippers are unsuitable or not exactly what you were looking for, you are welcome to send them back for a full refund. This must be done within 14 days of purchase. Your clippers must be returned unused and in the original packaging along with a copy of the purchase receipt and a completed returns form.
You will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the clippers and they should be well packed and clearly labelled.
Please ensure that obtain a certificate of postage, along with adequate insurance which will enable you to make a claim should your parcel get lost or damaged whilst in transit.
NOTE: Due to hygiene reasons, refunds cannot be given for blades that have been used.
If you receive an item that is faulty, please contact our customer services team so we can arrange to despatch a replacement item and email returns postage for you to return the faulty goods.
NOTE: If an item is returned back and not considered to be faulty, or it is has not been used in accordance with the manufacturers guidelines, then you will be liable for the return courier charges.
