RETURNS POLICY
Masterclip clipper returns
If you find that the clippers are unsuitable or not exactly what you were looking for, you are welcome to send them back for a full refund. This must be done within 14 days of purchase. Your clippers must be returned unused and in the original packaging along with a copy of the purchase receipt and a completed returns form. You will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the clippers and they should be well packed and clearly labelled.
It is advisable to use a trackable courier to ensure safe delivery of your clippers.
You must obtain a certificate of postage, along with adequate insurance which will enable you to make a claim should your parcel get lost or damaged whilst in transit.

Faulty Goods
If you receive an item that is faulty, please contact our customer services team so we can arrange to despatch a replacement item and email returns postage for you to return the faulty goods.
NOTE: If an item is returned back and not considered to be faulty, or it is has not been used in accordance with the manufacturers guidelines, then you will be liable for the return courier charges.
Masterclip Rug Returns
If you find that your rug is not suitable, you are welcome to send it back for a refund, however, this must be done within 14 days of purchase.
Please contact our office to obtain your RMA number.
Please note: For hygiene reasons, rugs that are hairy, marked or soiled cannot be returned. If a used or dirty rug is sent back, a partial refund will be issued and a £15.00 restocking fee will be deducted.
Your rug must be sent back in an unused, brand new condition, in its original packaging, along with a copy of the purchase receipt and a completed returns form. You will be required to arrange and pay for the return of your rug and it should be well packaged and clearly labelled.
