This cordless dog clipper set is supplied with three high-grade professional Japanese Steel A5 blades: a #10F blade, a #7F blade and a #5F blade, making it particularly well suited to the grooming needs of the Basenji.

Basenjis have a short, fine, low-maintenance coat that is naturally clean and requires minimal grooming. Whilst regular brushing is usually all that is needed to remove loose hair and keep the coat looking its best, some owners choose to clip certain areas for hygiene purposes or to maintain a neat appearance. This carefully selected blade combination provides excellent versatility for tidy-up work, hygiene clipping and achieving an even, professional finish where required.

The #10F blade is ideal for close clipping work, making it perfect for the face, feet and hygiene areas, helping to create a clean, tidy finish where precision is essential. The full tooth (F) blades are designed to produce a smooth, even finish, making them ideal for body clipping and achieving a professional-looking result on shorter-coated breeds such as the Basenji.

Three cutting lengths are included in this Basenji Set. The #7F blade leaves approximately 3.2mm of coat, making it ideal for a shorter, neat body clip, whilst the #5F blade leaves approximately 6.4mm of coat, allowing you to maintain a slightly fuller finish with a smooth, even appearance.

Favoured by professional groomers for producing a clean, uniform finish, full tooth (F) blades leave the coat looking neat and consistent after clipping.
