Orders received before 13:00 Monday to Friday will be despatched on the same day. For orders over £50 they will be sent by either DPD or Royal Mail Tracked 24 on a next working day service. However, this does not apply to Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands.

If you find that the clippers are unsuitable or not exactly what you were looking for, you are welcome to send them back for a full refund. This must be done within 14 days of purchase. Your clippers must be returned unused and in the original packaging along with a copy of the purchase receipt and a completed returns form.
