This cordless dog clipper set is supplied with three professional-grade Japanese Steel A5 blades: a #10 blade, a #7 Skip Tooth blade and a #5 Skip Tooth blade, making it particularly well suited to Goldendoodles and other medium to large, dense-coated crossbreeds.

Goldendoodles have a thick, wavy to curly coat that requires regular grooming to prevent tangles and matting while maintaining a soft, well-kept appearance. Routine clipping is essential to keep the coat manageable and comfortable throughout the year. This carefully selected blade combination is ideal for removing excess coat, tackling dense areas and maintaining a neat, practical finish between professional grooming appointments.

The #7 Skip Tooth blade leaves approximately 3.2mm of coat, making it ideal for shorter body clips and practical maintenance trims, whilst the #5 Skip Tooth blade leaves approximately 6.4mm of coat, allowing you to maintain a slightly fuller finish while keeping the coat neat and manageable.
