The Masterclip MAX Cordless Samoyed Clipper Set has been carefully selected to meet the grooming requirements of Samoyeds and other medium to large, double-coated breeds. Supplied with two high-quality professional Japanese Steel A5 blades – a #10F PRO blade and a #4F PRO blade – this versatile grooming package provides everything needed for routine coat maintenance, hygiene clipping and general coat management.

The #10F PRO blade is ideal for close clipping and precision work around the feet, paw pads and sanitary areas, helping to achieve a clean, professional finish. It is also perfect for carefully clipping beneath minor mats where required and for maintaining hygiene in sensitive areas between grooming sessions.

The #4F PRO blade leaves approximately 9.5–9.6mm of coat and is designed for trimming and tidying areas of the Samoyed's coat rather than performing a full body clip. It is ideal for neatening the feet, hocks, feathering, belly, chest and sanitary areas, as well as reducing excessive feathering to create a tidy, manageable appearance while maintaining the breed's natural outline. For best results, the coat should be thoroughly washed, dried and brushed to remove tangles, mats and loose undercoat before clipping.

Please note: Samoyeds have a thick double coat that provides insulation against both heat and cold. Clipping the entire coat short is generally not recommended unless advised by a veterinary professional for medical reasons, as it may affect normal coat regrowth, texture and the coat's natural insulating properties. Regular brushing, thorough de-shedding and careful trimming are the preferred methods of coat maintenance.
